Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, whenever possible, I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduling request.

Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once a session has been completed.

Refunds are only available in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

Arriving Late

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, your session may need to be rescheduled.

Recording Sessions

Video recording of sessions is not permitted.

You are welcome to make an audio recording of the integration and discussion portion of the session for your personal use.
